Structural wood beams removed, and new structural steel installed in its place on the 1st and 2nd floors. Large area of saw cutting and concrete pour back. We also build a large funnel containment to keep debris from falling on residents during our demolition of the lobby fireplace. We installed a nice rope wall detail in the 1st and 2nd floor dining rooms.

Remainder of the building was paint,finishes,wallpaper, handrails, flooring, junk haul.

General renovation for team room which includes, wall repair painting, new flooring, cabinets, and appliances, fixtures.

Bathrooms: wall repairs, painting new sinks, toilets, mirrors. New flooring and new partition dividers with doors.
