When a crisis situation arises — whether from a natural disaster or an unexpected property emergency — you need a recovery partner ready to respond quickly, coordinate effectively, and guide the process from emergency mitigation through full restoration. Coastal Reconstruction Group’s Rapid Response Program is designed to do exactly that.

This program establishes a committed relationship between property owners, management companies, and Coastal Reconstruction Group to ensure priority response, streamlined coordination, and reduced downtime when it matters most.

How the Rapid Response Program Works​

​

Upon notification of an emergency event, Coastal Reconstruction Group mobilizes resources and responds as quickly as conditions reasonably allow.

​

Our team may provide immediate on-site services such as:

​​

• Emergency board-up and site stabilization

• Temporary power, lighting, and fencing

• Water extraction, drying, and dehumidification

• Mold and microbial remediation, if required

• Fire, smoke, and odor mitigation

• Debris removal and selective demolition

​

To prevent further damage, we take necessary steps to protect your property from the elements and stabilize the site.

​

After the initial walkthrough, Coastal will provide a detailed scope of work and meet with you and your insurance adjuster on-site to assist with the claims process. Once the scope is agreed upon, Coastal will restore the property to a livable or working condition — minimizing loss of rents, revenue disruption, and operational downtime.

Priority Response & Planning

Enrollment in the Rapid Response Program provides:

• Priority response and scheduling

• 24/7 emergency dispatch

• Single-point coordination

• A customizable response plan tailored to your property or portfolio

​

During named storms or widespread disaster events, Rapid Response members receive priority status, though specific arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond Coastal’s control.

Program Cost & Enrollment

​

There are no fees to enroll or maintain membership in the Rapid Response Program. Participation is cost-free to owners and management companies.

​

All services performed are billed directly to the property owner in accordance with Coastal’s Master Services Contract and Rate Sheet. The property owner remains responsible for deductibles and any uncovered costs. Insurance proceeds received by the owner are intended to satisfy amounts owed for services performed.

​

Coastal works closely with insurance adjusters, brokers, and consultants to support documentation, scopes, and communication — acting as an experienced restoration professional and advocate throughout the process.
