Structural wood beams removed, and new structural steel installed in its place on the 1st and 2nd floors. Large area of saw cutting and concrete pour back. We also build a large funnel containment to keep debris from falling on residents during our demolition of the lobby fireplace. We installed a nice rope wall detail in the 1st and 2nd floor dining rooms.

Remainder of the building was paint,finishes,wallpaper, handrails, flooring, junk haul.
