Creston Leifried is the third-generation owner and President of Coastal Reconstruction Group, a family-founded commercial general contractor headquartered in Longwood, Florida. Over two decades he has worked every seat in the business — from field labor and estimating to sales, project management, and executive leadership — giving him an operator's read on what it takes to restore, rebuild, and renovate income-producing properties on insurance and owner-funded timelines. Under his leadership Coastal self-performs across multi-family, senior living, hospitality, healthcare, and commercial portfolios, holds general contractor licenses in more than 32 states, and partners directly with carriers, TPAs, and adjusters on Xactimate-scoped claims. Creston writes and contributes commentary on commercial restoration, hurricane response, insurance reconstruction, vendor management, and the operational realities of running a multi-state self-performing GC.
